Work with our broader team to brainstorm, develop and execute communications strategiesHelp your colleagues stay up-to-date on industry trends, communication best practices and emerging tools or platformsClient relations

Operate as day-to-day team member across a cross-section of existing clients (including pro teams, brands and organizers)Serve as client point-of-contact and go-toManage and maintain weekly/monthly activity reportsCreative storytelling

Produce and implement storytelling opportunities that help drive client prioritiesIdentify, track and secure leadership opportunities that differentiate our clients from their counterpartsMedia support and outreach

Provide media relations support across big client moments, campaigns and milestonesEstablish relationships with journalists across a variety of verticalsBecome a resident expert on the stories, angles and assets that help media produce authentic coverageWrite and edit media materials that help drive stories forwardPrepare and counsel key spokespeople around critical engagements and opportunitiesMonitor and track both media output and social media sentimentCurate and manage press listsOther tasks

Work alongside the co-founders on new business, including sourcing potential leads, attending industry events, designing pitches and seeing new client proposals through till the endLight admin work that comes from your own clients, i.e. working with our accounting team on invoicing, and our legal team on contractsTrain and mentor junior team membersAbout youYou’re a connector We’re looking for natural storytellers who have a history of working with media. You’ll catch our attention if you have experience working within esports - but being a passionate gamer is also a big plus.This isn’t your first rodeo We’re looking for seasoned vets with 4-5 years of PR or media experience and the journalist connections and strategic know-how to prove it. You’ve worked consistently with media during your career and are equally at home developing a 12-month communications plan and presenting it to clients.You want to go beyond the traditional media relations churn Esports isn’t the place for ‘throw as much spaghetti at the wall as you can’ pitching. We’re looking for pros who will build a relationship with media and understand when they’re the best channel to achieve the goal - not just seek out column inches at any cost.You have a passion for or an interest in esports Whether you’re a communications pro looking for a switch, or an esports veteran with passion for PR and storytelling, we’d be excited to talk to you. In turn, you must be excited to get your hands dirty, sit front row at some badass esports events, and immerse yourself in our world completely.You are flexible We work from three different countries and across even more timezones. While the LA office is starting to return to the office, we are developing a schedule that provides our employees a bit of flexibility.
