is looking for a
Marketing Operations Specialist
to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and requires a hybrid schedule working out of Culver City.
Marketing Operations Specialist Responsibilities:Creation of asset title records and corresponding metadata.Confirm customer facing asset titles and platform placement.Track incoming source Marketing assets.Order globally localized Marketing assets.Continually update processes & procedure documentation.Monitor milestone and partner due dates.Update schedules daily.Issue alerts if the project due date is at risk.Provide status reports to our internal teams and other stakeholders through to final delivery.Work with internal creative teams and 3rd party vendors on workflows and QC.Analyze reports and put together recaps.Represent the group in various meetings.Additional ad hoc project support as needed.Help call out issues when they arise and find solutions.Present to management on project status and schedules.Develop and exercise cross-functional influence, translating between business owners and technical teams.Work on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.Marketing Operations Specialist Requirements:
Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in Marketing Operations at a studio, streaming service or marketing agency.Bachelor's degree.Previous experience working in marketing operations or marketing asset workflow coordination.Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences and partners, including the ability to explain analytical outcomes and technical roadblocks in business terms.The staffing industry has seen an increase in people falsely representing themselves as recruiters to gather personal information from job seekers.
