Atlanta GAResponsibilities:Support multiple agile teams, working closely with UX, UI, PM, PO to complete Rally featuresEstablish mobile content standardsAttend and actively participate in cross-functional meetings (agile team meetings, product/design syncs, content team meetings, etc.). Ask questions, share feedback, and advocate for CD principlesApply relevant accessibility standards and best practices when creating contentOwn and drive initiatives from inception to completion to improve the content delivery process and organizationMust Have Skills:Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training3+ years of online/digital content development experience1+ years in content design, UX writing, and/or microcopy-focused on web and mobile applications/digital platforms in an agile environmentNice to Have:3+ years in content design, UX writing, and/or microcopy-focused on web and mobile applications/digital platforms. Financial experience is a plus.Ability to conceptualize content frameworks and a portfolio demonstrating your experience with user-centered content design for desktop and mobile applicationsExecute content decisions (often based on user research/testing)Ability to create compelling content and respond to constructive feedback to improve content across team(s)
