We’ve made the Newsweek 2024 Greatest Workplaces for Diversity list and achieved a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the fifth consecutive year.The RoleThe Senior Lead Marketing Manager works across an agile scrum team to develop an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy and build and deliver integrated marketing campaigns in support of Lumen’s business objectives.The Main ResponsibilitiesDefine strategy; execute ABM plans and plays for 1:few campaigns to help drive intent and support funnel activity.Develop integrated marketing campaigns using digital tactics, events, webinars, email, etc. to move customers through the buyer’s journey.Manage large cross-functional delivery teams, building strategic plans and driving teams to deadlines.Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to keep the organization aligned on campaign goals, results, best practices, and learnings.Understand the surging topics that are influencing the public sector market and driving buy decisions.Track and report on ABM plays results and use data to optimize results.Collaborate with peer campaign managers to share best practices and lessons learned.Perform other duties as necessary to support the marketing team.What We Look For in a CandidateBachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.7+ years of related Marketing experience; Public Sector experience is a bonus.Versatile marketer with experience leading account-based marketing tactics in a B2B or B2G environment.Strong project management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making and resource allocation.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Ability to establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of Sales Leaders and cross-functional peer groups.Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and negotiation skills aimed at driving business outcomes.Ability to adapt to continually changing priorities and aggressive project timeframes.Demonstrates highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across multiple organizations and management levels.CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location and qualifications. Salary ranges are as follows:$94,420 - $125,890 in AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, SD$99,390 - $132,510 in AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IN, KS, MO, MT, ND, NM, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY$104,360 - $139,140 in CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI$109,330 - $145,770 in AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WAAs with the pay range variety based on the region, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.DisclaimerThe job responsibilities described above indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
