Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own and drive high-impact marketing initiatives! The ideal candidate will have had success in previously leading and running marketing campaigns from concept to execution as well as experience in building marketing promotions for a product portfolio. Identifying leading indicator data points and using them to guide decisions is something the candidate should have experience with. This individual will work cross-functionally and autonomously to promote both new product launches and existing offerings. Strong communication skills and an ability to work independently are important, as is a desire for delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

:

Creation and implement innovative, end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue.

Take ownership of marketing tactics for both new and existing products, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and customer needs.

Independently lead project timelines from initial planning through execution and post-campaign analysis.

Identify and analyze leading indicators to optimize marketing effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance and increase return on investment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, R&D, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution and communication of marketing initiatives.

Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to refine product positioning and target key segments.

Serve as a brand ambassador, clearly articulating the value proposition of products through compelling messaging and positioning.

Explore and integrate emerging tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance campaign effectiveness and innovation.

Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization, building strong relationships with both internal and external partners.

Qualifications

:

Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred

5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within highly technical or scientific industries.

Work independently, handle multiple priorities, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Expertise in creating and running successful product launch campaigns, as well as building promotional strategies for on-market products.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret key performance indicators and market data to advise decision-making and campaign optimization.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capability to clearly articulate ideas, encourage teams, and influence collaborators at all levels.

Some formal training in the sciences (preferred but not required).

Experience working in an advertising agency (a plus).

Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in marketing (nice to have).

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $123,800.00–$185,675.00.
