Job Description

This Marketing Coordinator will be supporting the Business Credit Card team. Looking to expand customer engagement messages, so partnering closely with the business team to understand the drivers of spend against CC, increase engagement from business CC customers, development of email programs around this. This peson will work well with partners, accept feedback, bring in various viewpoints to make a decision. Working heavily in email marketing, coordinating with internal agency to develop copy, design, work through the standard marketing steps of creating a creative brief, product approvals, and execute with email team to deploy the email segments. This will report into Kara Miller who leads customer engagement and marketing automation. This is 90% execution based, 10% strategic. This person will work with sales collateral as well, dealing with updates that happen periodically that effect websites, flyers, updating Excel, etc.

Skills and Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, supporting their business credit card team

- Email marketing channel is a must

- Campaign experience who knows how to work with an agency to write copy (or have done it themselves) gone through cycle of approvals to execute a campaign

- Experience balancing feedback and input from many stakeholders and comprise one solution with some conflicting feedback.

- Agency experience as long as they were supporting a financial institution

- If client side, large enterprise is a must

- Intermediate Excel skills

- GREAT energy and communication skills - Financial Services or credit card experience

- Highly regulated environment dealing with compliance null
