We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the Amazon Business team. The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating with a team of product managers and service teams to launch new features (tech products and services) and build GTM marketing plans to inform and educate business buyers and administrators about Amazon Business capabilities.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing a range of customer-facing content to help drive awareness, education, and engagement with business audiences in various lifecycles. In this role, you will develop customer-focused messaging and assets. You will define the right message, at the right time, to bring awareness to new tech products and services, and to encourage customers to use Amazon Business for business purchasing. You will use new and existing marketing channels to deliver content, collaborating with a team of high-caliber digital marketers and product managers across Amazon.
A successful candidate will be adept at combining a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality content, ideal for Amazon Business Customers and procurement specialists. This is a heavy content creation role that requires cross-collaboration with stakeholders and other marketing teams. This role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, data-driven analyses and insights, strong interpersonal skills, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for building excellent product and service value propositions and communication plans.

Key job responsibilities
Craft messaging frameworks for various BtoB service offerings (delivery, inventory replenishment), explaining how Amazon Business is uniquely positioned to serve BtoB audiences.
Own marketing strategies for all procurement experience and post-purchase experience tech features, with responsibility for building launch and GTM plans, and processes to scale across relevant audiences and geographies.
Create written and interactive content on Amazon Business features and solutions, serving as the primary contact and subject matter expert related to marketing strategies and initiatives for assigned products/features.
Develop and maintain relationships with key product stakeholders and decision-makers across product and marketing organization.
Define joint marketing strategies, objectives, and measures of success with product partners.
Engage with international teams to scale product marketing content globally.
Work closely with marketing managers to integrate features and capabilities into digital campaigns and go-to-market programs.
Manage measurement and reporting for product marketing programs and campaigns for regular reviews.
Analyze program performance data and identify opportunities for improvement or investment.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
