This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence at the Mount Prospect, Illinois office (3 days in the office per week). Only local or relocatable applicants will be considered.

Be part of the Innovation Team and help transform wild ideas into cutting-edge product concepts.
Get your hands dirty with user research, discovering insights, and gathering feedback to refine your creations.
Lead exciting tool-use workshops in the Dremel UX lab, where you’ll unlock new possibilities and inspire fresh ideas.
Fuel creativity by hosting brainstorming sessions to sketch out the next big thing in power tools.
Work side-by-side with Marketing and Engineering to turn concepts into prototypes, storyboards, and concept designs.
Collaborate with top industrial design agencies and product development experts to push boundaries and develop groundbreaking designs.
