Direct the business market segment Biosecurity Solutions within the Business Line Consumer in AMS countries, with primary focus on the US. Provide overall direction regarding functional technical assistance for animal production to end users, business partners and create pull and push demand through customer seminars. Design biosecurity protocols and conduct field trials in alignment with Consumer business strategy and implement these directives throughout the affected departments. Work closely with Research and Development ("R&D") team and support with field knowledge to direct development of new products and support the regulatory team on technical data and information. Support technical marketing direction to country sales team, which are within the AMS countries, to deliver customer solutions to meet the excellence demanded by LANXESS customers. Represent LANXESS and the Head of Technical Marketing Team in both the commercial and non-commercial expansion of the Disinfectants business in the AMS region with availability outside the AMS region if required, for Presentations, including Veterinary and Governing Body events. Provide direction to business partners and distributors in a technical assistance capacity to develop and increase market demand with accountability for the overall business financial objective. Present and influence through technical data, information, and knowledge to customers, partners, and end-users, staff and public, industry, and Governing Body forums through presentations within small group discussion and seminars. Implement direction on lab trials, field trials at the farm level, and monitor and record field trial progress to assess and analyze product improvement to increase the value points of sale and confirm safety in use of products. Ensure sales and marketing activities develop products and services that meet and exceed customer requirements. Closely work with R&D team to support the development of new LANXESS products. Attend Veterinary seminars to sustain Veterinary Qualification and keep teams aware of trends and influence.

Telecommuting is permitted within the lower 48 states. Travel within the U.S. and to Canada required up to 35% of the time.

*Minimum Qualifications: * Qualified candidate must also have two (2) years of experience with each of the following: deploying products to meet client needs; addressing new disease challenges related to animal production; identifying new equipment and application options for clients; and providing clients and distributors with technical assistance, practical trainings, product demonstrations, and technical evaluations.
