Product Marketing Specialist

will play a pivotal role in driving product marketing initiatives, including strategy development, content creation, and go-to-market execution. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for product marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a strong grasp of marketing processes and best practices within a competitive industry.This is a DIRECT HIRE role, that pays $80-95K annually, and offers a hybrid schedule - Mondays & Fridays are work from home!!Key Responsibilities:Assist in crafting and executing product marketing strategies aligned with company goals, identifying target markets, segments, and value propositions.Support market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to effectively position and differentiate products in the market.Provide input on requirements for future products.Assist in gathering market and competitive intelligence to track industry trends.Assist in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market introduction.Contribute to developing product marketing plans, messaging, sales enablement materials, and launch assets to drive demand and adoption.Participate in trade shows, exhibits, open houses, product demos, and customer training sessions.Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to optimize efforts, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, staying informed of the latest product advancements and updates to support effective marketing initiatives.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in marketing and product management, ideally within the copier and imaging equipment industry or similar sectors (B2B/manufactured goods).Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (additional qualifications in product management or marketing are advantageous).Must be data minded and have advanced Excel skills to work with large data sets (like price lists)Must have strong market research skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving innovative marketing strategies.Comfortability w/ Domestic & International Travel up 10%-15% of the time (to visit suppliers and attend tradeshows - this would only be a few trips per year!)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
