Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Yardi Report Writer with strong PL/SQL experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom reports within the Yardi platform, leveraging PL/SQL for data extraction and manipulation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver insightful and actionable reports that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, customize, and maintain reports in Yardi Voyager based on business requirements.Design and implement complex queries and reports using PL/SQL and other Yardi reporting tools.Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Yardi databases to generate custom reports and dashboards.Collaborate with business users, analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports for performance and accuracy.Ensure data integrity and consistency across all Yardi-related reports.Document reporting processes, requirements, and deliverables.Participate in unit testing, peer reviews, and production rollout support.Qualifications:
Required Experience:3+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager report writing.
Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Experience with Yardi Report Scheduler and Yardi scripting.
Familiarity with Yardi data structures and financial modules.
Desired Skills:Knowledge of real estate, property management, or financial systems.
Experience in creating Yardi SSRS reports is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
