Junior Art Director

The Tigrett Agency is a full service branding and advertising agency based in Scottsdale, Arizona solving unique business problems for local and national companies through data-driven creativity and strategic planning.We're hiring a Junior Art Director to join our creative team dedicated to bringing campaigns and creative ideas to life for local and national brands. We're looking for a creative that's also a maker - one that will concept and is ready to grab a camera and go create content. If you are looking for that challenge and feel that you can bring a new creative flare to the game, then apply now!What you will be doing:Create smart, compelling, and innovative creative solutions across a wide array of integrated branding platforms.Conception, design and execution of digital visuals for use in online advertising, digital marketing, social media, and print advertising.Bring ideas to life through photography, video production or graphic design.Produce storyboards when necessary to visualize ideas and concepts.Actively participates in brainstorming and campaign concept meetings and is enthusiastic to ideate with the larger team.Be a trusted creative partner who develops strong relationships within creative and across other cross-functional departments.Problem solver who works to communicate expected issues and opportunities in advance and contribute ideas for solutions.Ownership of leading and delivering strategy-aligned campaigns on time and on budget.What you need to be great in this role:3+ years experience at an Advertising Agency/Design Studio/Branding Firm.A diverse portfolio that shows a range of advertising, digital, and print work.Expert knowledge of art direction, photography, film, graphic design, typographyBachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred and/or relative experience with advertising/marketing agency.Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products, working knowledge of Figma also a plus!Ability to effectively organize workload and prioritize based on project deadlines.Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)The ideal candidate will be conceptual, collaborative and have a passion for creative development.
