The Art Director possess visual and verbal skills and are capable presenters. They collaborate actively with a multi-disciplinary project team as well as outside partners. They report directly to the project's creative lead, as each project requires.What You'll DoWorks closely with creative lead to bring the team's visual concepts to lifeCommunicate regularly with Account Services, Strategy and Project Management team members to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are metAssists creative lead in presenting work to clientsWorks on a variety of design projects for print, digital and socialProvides multiple design solutions for a given briefPlays an active role in brainstorming sessionsKeeps up with trends in advertising, design and social mediaLearns new skills and software as neededDesigns presentation materials for new business pitchesPartners with copywriters to deliver creative solutions

What You'll Need

3-5 years experience at an advertising or design agencyStrong understanding of social and digital advertisingExceptional design aesthetic, variations on styles, and awareness of design trends and innovationProficiency with AfterEffects, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Keynote and PowerPointProficiency with Premiere Pro strongly preferredSolid typography and layout skillsStrong organizational skills and extreme attention to detailBachelor of Arts from a four-year university strongly preferredStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently to see projects throughAbility to provide/present portfolio of recent work
