Overview

Oak Grove Technologies seeks a

Marketing Coordinator

in our Raleigh, NC Office. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated, and collaborative person with a degree in marketing, communications, graphics or related field.Qualified and interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter and work samples not to exceed 4MB and/or a link to a portfolio .Responsibilities

As a

Marketing Coordinator

you will work on:Drafting, editing, organizing and proofing various marketing collateral, including proposal content, project sheets, resumes, brochures, media relations pieces and interview content/PowerPoints to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive and client-specific, as well as in accordance with the OGT brand standards

Creating/managing templates and boilerplateCoordinating events, public relations efforts, advertisements, materials for OGT hosted events and conferences. Travel to our Test & Training Center on a regular basis is required.Managing version control of data in firmwide databases and marketing collateral (photos, videos, text from subject matter experts)Updating website information - both content and images (WordPress and Wix)Supporting multiple sectors - or discipline-specific initiatives, as required.Creating/analyzing sector- and/or discipline-specific reports, as required.Performing support and/or administrative tasks, as required.

Qualifications

To join us as a

Marketing Coordinator , you should have:Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic.Degree in marketing, graphic design, journalism, public relations, communications, or a related design or creative field.Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills.Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and clients.Ability to coordinate work efforts with other departments and handle stressful situations.Ability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with minimal oversight.Technical production skills are necessary and require a demonstrated ability to effectively use database applications (SharePoint), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word) and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).Qualified and interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter and work samples not to exceed 4MB and/or a link to a portfolio .Oak Grove Technologies is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
