Key Opportunity Details: PART-TIME POSITION
1. Student Status: Current student or recent graduate
2. Residency: Resident within the City of Chicago
3. Onsite Position: In-Person at 1871 Innovation Hub in The MART (Merchandise Mart) in downtown
Chicago, IL USA
4. Starting Pay: \$17.00 per hour

Project Description:We\'re looking for a talented and motivated student to join our team as a part-time
WordPress Website Designer & Developer. You\'ll work closely with the founder to design and implement website
features, manage content, and optimize the user experience for company and client website projects. This is an
exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced startup environment, learn from experienced
professionals, and contribute to a project with high impact.
Responsibilities:
? Design and develop new pages and features using WordPress.
? Implement website designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
? Manage website content and updates.
? Optimize website performance and user experience.
? Troubleshoot technical issues.
? Collaborate with the founder on design and development tasks.
Requirements:
? Familiarity or basic knowledge of WordPress.
? Experience or knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Must be a graduate of Chicago Public Schools (CPS).
? Must be currently enrolled in a college or university in the City of Chicago.
? Available to work 10-20 hours per week with flexible hours and days.
