Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.

About the Role

You will partner closely with global marketing, regional field marketing and business stakeholders to put in place marketing campaigns designed to drive qualified leads and pipeline for the organization as part of an in-house shared service marketing team.

A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, problem solver and motivated individual looking to work in a fast-paced environment where performance and positive business outcomes are high priorities. Strong communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills are highly important at all levels.

Responsibilities

Activation: Define, support, execute and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives across multiple channels (e.g., lead generation, webinars, display media). Support purchasing process, compliance approvals, and processes required to execute each campaign.

Drive Efficiencies: Look for innovations and improvements to drive greater efficiencies across our marketing ecosystem.

Measuring Success: Deliver on the value of specialized publisher strategies and tactics. Identify KPIs and tangible ROI to the business.

Collaboration: Partner across global and regional marketing teams to define the best way to reach/convert Oracle audiences and implement marketing campaigns effectively.

Enablement: Work closely with sales to ensure campaign alignment to sales objectives, gain feedback, and drive positive conversion to opportunities.

Requirements:

5 Years of Digital Media Expertise: You roll up your sleeves and jump in to develop a plan; you interpret campaign performance on all programs.

Preferred Experience in Complex B2B Marketing: Our customers engage with various marketing touchpoints dozens of times before coming to a buying decision. Far different from transactional/consumer sales.

Superior Executive Communication Skills: Whether verbal, written or PowerPoint, you’ll need to be able to sell complex concepts to marketing stakeholders while also being able to engage knowledgeable publishing partners as peers.

Team Player: You have a collaborative personality that thrives in a highly cross-functional, cross-cultural environment with colleagues across multiple markets.

Equally Analytical and Creative: You are metrics-driven and can come up with creative solutions to problems. You’re not afraid to test new ideas and finding new ways to innovate.

Operational and Finance Background: You’re going to be responsible for a budget covering dozens of products and several different target audiences.

Strong Attention to Detail: With organizational, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Technical Knowledge: Data extraction tools, lead management and deep publisher relationships will be key aspects of your role day-to-day.

Targeted Account Approach: You have created account alignment and targeting at scale and have proven successful with company-level marketing.

Hands On: You will get down in the trenches activating and trafficking campaigns.

Additional skills that will support this role:

Agency Background: Knowing how Agencies operate and activate media will help you in our shared service model.

Platform Knowledge: Ad server set up and management is a plus.

Negotiation: You will need to extract the most value from our publishing partners

ABM: You understand granular targeting approaches in B2B that deliver opportunity creation.

US: Hiring Range: from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
