Marketing/Communications Project Manager

Our client is an international law firm seeking a Marketing & Communications Project Manager. This role will lead and support marketing/communications efforts for two off their offices under the direction of an Assistant Director of Marketing. The main duties for this role will be developing pitch materials, managing RFPs, creating marketing content, and organizing events. You'll work closely with partners and the rest of the marketing team. This firm offers value teamwork, inclusion, and professional growth!

THE ROLE:

  • Create engaging business development materials, including pitches and proposals, using tools like InDesign and Microsoft Office.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Manage special events, including educational seminars and social gatherings.
  • Oversee submissions for awards and rankings. Assist in preparing and managing marketing meetings and identifying speaking opportunities.
  • Support client-related activities and internal communications.
  • Liaise with various internal departments for surveys and rankings.
  • Update office and practice area descriptions on marketing platforms.
  • Lead special projects and maintain partner biographies.
  • Coordinate CRM contact lists and assist with office-focused events.
  • Support pro bono and DEI activities.
  • Utilize software tools for developing marketing materials and presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm standards.

YOU:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 7+ of marketing experience, professional services experience required, law firm preferred.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (CRM, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign).
  • Strong writing, communication, and consultative skills.
  • Experience with press communications and data synthesis.
  • Attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and sensitive matters.
