As the Field Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind building relationships, executing local marketing strategies, and ensuring KFC stays top-of-mind in every neighborhood we serve. You'll work closely with restaurant teams, our Field Marketing Manager, and community partners to deliver promotional events that boost transactions and build our brand's presence locally.What You'll Serve Up:

Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, hotels, schools, and community organizations.Partner with restaurant managers and Area Coaches to plan and execute local marketing events that drive sales.Promote KFC through flyers, coupons, and menus to generate buzz and awareness in the community.Represent KFC at promotional and community events, overseeing on-site marketing efforts, which may include managing a small team during events.Lead local fundraising efforts, giving back to schools and communities.Assist with grand openings and new restaurant launches.Identify and leverage sponsorship opportunities to expand our brand presence.Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager and Area Coaches to develop and implement marketing strategies that boost transactions and drive sales.Manage requests for point-of-sale materials and promotional offers.The Ingredients You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.2-4 years of hospitality or marketing experience preferred.Excellent relationship-building and project management skills.A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Must have your own vehicle, a clean driving record, and be willing to travel within a 120-mile radius of the Dallas, TX area.Basic design skills and marketing experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Must have a cell phone.What's in It for You?
