Job Description: HYBRID (T, W, TH) onsite in MG.

Title: Marketing & Communications Specialist

This is a unique hybrid role in the Interventional Oncology & Embolization group, that will provide a great learning experience for the right candidate.

This is not an entry-level position; rather we're looking for someone with strong marketing and communications experience who is a quick learner.

Job description:• Work with cross-functional partners and external vendors to create or revise marketing materials• Interface with Regulatory and utilize Aprimo system to manage material approvals• Adhere to established BSC brand guidelines, processes, and tools• Overall project management and tracking to ensure alignment with budget and timeline• Own product categories as assigned• Collaborate with global regions on product needs• Manage backorders, including communication on backorders• Own internal sales newsletter• Manage supply chain/demand planning on assigned product categories• Field questions from regional marketing colleagues• Respond to sales rep questions• Assist in developing sales training content• Serve as backup to Brand Activation Managers and Product Managers in their day-to-day work, taking on additional projects and tasks as they arise

Quality ResponsibilitiesIn all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

Minimum requirement:Bachelor's Degree (Marketing or Business) Firm.Project management skillset (certification not required)Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, or businessStrong communications skillsQuick learner with ability to work independentlyMust be competent in Microsoft Office, savvy in using technical systems, able to learn new software comfortablyMed Device (or other regulated industry) experience

Preferred:Experience with Aprimo digital asset management.Experience working within a large, matrixed organization5 years of experience in Marketing, communications, or businessOT: Eligible for 1.40 OT Mark-Up: Yes
