Summary:

We are seeking a Creative Brand Manager who will play an active role in our social media, emails, website, advertising, and creative efforts across all channels. You will have the unique opportunity to help shape and manage a meaningful brand, bringing a strong creative vision that integrates with and influences culture. The ideal candidate has a creative design background, excels in communication and copywriting, and is eager to lead and shape a meaningful brand. They have a proven track record of managing budgets or product portfolios ranging from $3k to $50k.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the founder, you will help shape brand campaigns and themes throughout the year.Oversee all creative needs, including photography, copy, design, and video, to ensure brand consistency.Maintain and update brand guidelines, and organize creative assets for cross-functional use.Recruit, train, and manage creative resources to ensure cohesive and high-quality output.Partner with stakeholders on creative needs, including packaging, collateral, and social media.Collaborate with the Growth team to grow social media accounts organically and through paid efforts.Develop and manage the email content roadmap, working closely with marketing teams to optimize results.Oversee the blog, customer stories, and long-form content to reinforce brand pillarsQualifications

Previous experience as a Creative Manager or Brand Manager, preferably in the consumer brand industry.Strong background working with consumer brands, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment or within a consumer branding agency.Background in graphic design with strong brand instincts.Experience managing budgets or projects ranging from $3k to $50k.Proven experience in managing and executing email marketing campaigns, including content creation, design, and optimization for engagement.Social media expertise and creative brand building experience.Collaborative and team-oriented approach.Passionate about our mission to transform how people experience grief and celebrate life.Strong communication and writing skills.
