Senior Marketing Communication Manager
to join its team in Shawnee, KS.
As the
Senior Marketing Communication Manager , you will develop and implement a comprehensive, cross-functional marketing communications strategy that effectively positions and delivers our brand and business objectives to both external and internal stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing Managers to identify and prioritize key strategies and elements for executing marketing plans• Drive the integration of personalized customer marketing and segmentation strategies into communications and brand plans to optimize opportunities for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and upselling• Oversee all communication channels-broadcast, print, PR, marketing collateral, and electronic media, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach across platforms, products, and programs• Manage the use of external resources and vendors for marketing and communications, including coordinating vendor contracts with Procurement• Lead marketing communications research to stay informed about evolving demographics and other factors, developing customer-focused strategies and assessing the impact of marketing and communication efforts

Position Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field• 5+ years of marketing experience with a thorough understanding of communications, research, metrics, planning, and implementation• Understanding of the T&O (Turf & Ornamental Lawn) markets and consumer channels• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
