Business Systems Analyst (Marketing enablement systems - Adobe, Braze, OR Salesforce)
Start Date: ASAPEnd Date: April 2025, renewableWork Location: downtown Toronto, ON. Hybrid, 2-3 days per week onsite, the other days remoteOur client, a leading IT consulting firm, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.
Responsibilities:• Bridging the gap between IT and Business stakeholders, driving cohesion at a program level• Current state systems mapping and documentation• Uncover areas of improvement and develop enhancement solutions• Oversee implementation projects• Familiarity with marketing automation and databases• Familiarity with Adobe, Braze, and Salesforce as Marketing enablement systems• Program-level leadership experience as lead BSA of multiple integrated projects• Expert communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to adapt communication with great level of impact to diverse set of users and stakeholder groups
