We have a fantastic opportunity for a
Marketing Assistant
in New York. Perfect for a recent graduate! This is a hybrid role with our prestigious and large firm client. A Bachelor's degree preferably in business, communication, marketing preferred. No experience required but any marketing experience is helpful.
This position may also sit in the Washington DC, Los Angeles, Chicago, Palo Alto, Boston, Colorado, Seattle, San Francisco or San Diego office.
The ideal candidate will work closely with other marketing team members to support business development and marketing activities for designated practice groups, sectors and/or geographic markets. The primary goal is to drive revenue through supporting the administrative aspects of new business opportunities and client expansion programs, including pitches and proposals, events and sponsorships, key client initiatives, and sales pipeline management. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
What You'll Do:
Data Entry
Enter and update bio, practice group and experience records in databases Update account / pipeline / contact records, identify and remove duplicate contacts and accounts in Salesforce Create campaign records, ECVC deal entires into Salesforce (VC financings) - duplicating entry from SCORE into Salesforce in order to view full account history Deal tracking - 1,000+ deals annually (e.g., Capital markets (debt + equity), M&A, Fund Formation; SPACs, LS Corporate Partnering, PubCo and TTG Maintain Salesforce data, including create and update pipeline records Make deal updates in Pitchly Synthesize and analysis of pipeline and deal history for targeting efforts Management of public companies client list Pitch Support
Create IPO resource guides and Path to Public presentations for capital markets targets Create and update logo slides Support edits to pitch documents Download and format bios Draft opportunity details to be tracked within Salesforce Win/loss follow-up Act as editorial coordinator for the Business Department's Microsoft Teams channel Perform content audits, updates and drafting for website Act as project & deadline calendar coordinator Coordinate with secretaries to calendar various partner/marketing calls Project Support
Assist with Life Sciences Hub project Provide event support, particularly as it relates to attendee intel Craft capital markets deal tracking emails All other duties as assigned or required What You'll Bring:

Available to work overtime, as required After orientation, exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, iManage and other firm applications Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, communication, marketing, or related field Competencies:
