Based in the heart of NYC, we're on the hunt for a dynamic Social Media Intern (Part-Time) to join our team. In this contract-based role, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and connecting with our audience across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Film and edit engaging video content for Flowcode's social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram). Assist in writing compelling copy for posts.Campaign Support:
Collaborate with the team to create content for Flowcode campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.Community Management:
Monitor and respond to social media interactions, engaging with our audience to build a positive and active community.Trend Monitoring:
Stay current with social media trends and industry developments. Provide insights and recommendations for leveraging new opportunities.Performance Tracking:
Help track and analyze social media metrics to support continuous improvement and optimize engagement strategies.Content Scheduling:
Assist with scheduling posts and managing the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely updates.Competitor Analysis:
Conduct research on competitor activities and industry trends to inform content strategies and identify new opportunities.Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.Experience in filming and editing videos for social media.Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.Basic copywriting skills with attention to detail.Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.Prior experience with social media management or content creation is preferred but not required.
