WHAT YOU'LL DO: Kaseya is seeking a Senior Communications Manager - Internal Communications to join our innovative team and play a key role in shaping our brand's story. This role is integral to our Corporate Communications team and the company, responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our internal communication strategy and high-profile communication programs and initiatives. We are looking for a strategic thinker and doer who can collaborate with various departments and cross-functional teams and align employee communications with the company's overall messaging and branding. This role involves stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration, content curation, creating communication materials, managing internal communication channels, and measuring the effectiveness of our internal communications strategies.

Responsibilities will include working closely with our executive leadership team and key stakeholders to develop strategic communications campaigns for external and internal audiences that include the drafting of communications assets for corporate communications activities including articles for use in our media relations, company publications (The Kaseyan) internal communications and recruitment marketing efforts.

THE SCHEDULE: This position is 100% in our cutting-edge office in Miami.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Develop and implement a company-wide internal communication strategy that promotes transparency, enhances employee engagement, and supports Kaseya's goals, values, and culture.• Serve as a communications partner to leaders, providing advice and mentorship that reflects an understanding of their business and leadership style as well as a data-driven approach to how we communicate with Kaseyans.• Develop and implement a global internal communications calendar.• Draft and drive internal communications materials on behalf of c-suite and executives, and provide guidance to company leaders on internal communication best practices, helping them to improve their communication skills and effectiveness.• Partner closely with the Corporate Marketing and Branding teams to ensure any critical companywide communications and announcements are aligned with Kaseya's voice and branding.• Own the company's employee newsletter, SharePoint home page, All Teams strategy, content curation, and successful execution and measurement of these forums.• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications, using metrics and feedback to continuously improve and adapt the communication strategy and tactics.• Support thought leadership and media relations initiatives to position the company as a prominent voice in the industry.• Assist with efforts driven by Kaseya's Recruitment team via targeted communications campaigns• Define what an issues management strategy looks like for personnel related issues and a system for managing those including how to engage and leverage the communications team, legal team and business units.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.• 7+ years of related experience in managing communications and public affairs.• Strong understanding of strategic communication principles.• Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with c-suite and coworkers.• Excellent organizational and written communication skills- including the ability to communicate across a wide range of platforms.• Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects simultaneously, and pivoting on assignments as required• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets when needed.• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.• Highly developed attention to detail.• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
