Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team located at our headquarters in Carlisle, PA. This position helps develop, implement, and execute marketing campaigns to support the company’s brand strategies. This position acts as project coordinator on all marketing initiatives to support the brand, product, and sales teams to execute on annual marketing plans and new product launches. The Marketing Coordinator will organize multiple projects and tasks while working on diverse projects simultaneously to meet the brand’s objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Works closely with Product and Marketing Managers and will be responsible for executing marketing programs from start to completion.Schedules projects with production teams.Support sales staff with print and online marketing tools.Plans, organizes, executes, and manages events including tradeshows, customer and partner events, industry events, training seminars, and other corporate events.Copywrites, proofs, and edits various promotional materials.Other duties as assigned.Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, responsibilities, and deadlines, while remaining highly organized.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows iOSLI-KT1
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Required:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.
Preferred:Two years of job-related experience.Experience in the construction industry, as well as B2B communications.Experience planning integrated marking and communications plans preferred.
