Marketing Coordinator
to join our team full-time in either our San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Sacramento office, with options for hybrid work.The ideal candidate
must have demonstrated A/E/C industry experience
with an interest in design, architecture, and historic preservation. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously with a commitment to delivering quality graphic and written products in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.RESPONSIBILITIES The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Business Development and Marketing Manager. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Proposals & Pursuits (60%):• Analyze proposals, extract salient information, and develop a pursuit strategy in collaboration with senior leadership and marketing staff.• Be responsible for the design and production of proposals and qualifications.• Balance storytelling and analytical skills to ensure proposals/SOQs are comprehensive, client-specific, and compliant with RFP/Q requirements.• Schedule and track production of proposals/qualifications materials to meet deadlines.• Coordinate with subconsultant teams.• Write/edit project descriptions, qualifications statements, and cover letters to satisfy project-specific pursuits.• Advanced proficiency with InDesign; occasionally developing unique graphics.• Proofread and edit for readability and compliance with RFP/Q requirements.• Update and maintain CRM/opportunity tracking in Deltek Vision and OneNote.• Update and maintain project records and client information in Deltek Vision.• Update and classify digital assets in OpenAsset.• Assist with industry/client research and monitoring of proposal capture software (i.e. GovWin, IMS, etc.).• Assist with tradeshow preparation for tradeshows, award submissions, and other marketing collateral.• Develop posts and maintain social media; report on social media analytics.• Assist with website content updates and management; develop ongoing website ideas.• Improve engagement capabilities and develop more effective communication strategies.QUALIFICATIONS •
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphics, or a related field.•
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years A/E/C industry marketing.•
Software Skills:• Advanced proficiency in InDesign (candidates will be tested before hire).• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.• Familiarity with Deltek Vision, Open Asset, and WordPress.• Ability to analyze RFP/Qs submission requirements and develop a proposal workplan.• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.•
Creativity:
Creative thinking, copywriting and editing, and effective graphic design skills.•
Communication:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.•
Professional Qualities:
