Marketing Communications Specialists

to join our Marketing team.We are looking for two passionate Marketing Communications Leads to drive our internal and external communication initiatives, aligning with our strategic business goals.Position Highlights:Water & Wastewater Lead:

Take charge of innovative marketing strategies that will elevate our presence in the Water and Wastewater sectors. Be the voice that shapes our message and connects with key stakeholders.Real Estate & Energy Lead:

Spearhead exciting campaigns that transform our engagement in the Real Estate and Energy markets. Your creativity will drive impactful communications that resonate with our audience.These key roles will elevate our brand and reputation in major markets by sharing our stories with diverse audiences. You'll manage content, identifying and developing market initiatives into compelling narratives.Key Responsibilities:Drive Communications Strategy for your relevant Markets.Lead content and PR initiatives, including articles, regional PR, tradeshows, events, media opportunities, and more.Drive impactful social media campaigns and develop engaging website content.Coordinate sponsorships, awards, and presentations to amplify our presence.The ideal candidate excels in writing and simplifying complex topics. You’re adept at initiating and developing stories, events, and creative ideas, as well as executing projects efficiently. Highly motivated, you know how to organize efforts to achieve goals, working both independently and collaboratively.You can navigate complex business environments with multiple stakeholders and engage audiences at all levels, whether in person or other platforms.This position reports to the Corporate Communications Manager and will work closely with the entire Marketing Team.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, English or related field.5+ years of experience in PR/Marketing/Communications – AEC industry preferred.Talent for creative idea generation and storytelling.Strong knowledge of the media and communications industries.Highly motivated, self-directing, and eager to learn.Works as a team player within the office structure.Outstanding proofreading, strong verbal/written communication skills and outstanding listening skills, including the ability to simplify concepts and tailor messaging for a wide variety of audiences (as demonstrated through writing samples).Strong researching, editing, and proofreading skills.Strong cross-functional partnership to drive collaboration with the marketing, executives, and technical teams.An understanding of working with executive management as well as journalist timelines and requirements.Capacity to meet deadlines; ability to be flexible and versatile in a breaking news environment.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.The

salary range

for this role is $60,000 - $85,000 annually.The employment offer may deviate from this published range based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, specialty, knowledge, education, geography and/or related certifications – not related to any applicant’s characteristics protected by local, state or federal law.
