Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.As a Graphic Designer at Cantrip, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through dynamic visuals that resonate with our audience. Your expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite— especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop —will be critical in designing and editing high-quality marketing assets for Cantrip. This role requires someone who can deliver creative solutions with tight turnarounds and work closely with printers to ensure our designs are flawlessly executed in print.Key Responsibilities:Design and Production:

Create and refine a wide range of visual assets, including posters, flyers, in-store displays, social media graphics, and product designs, while maintaining brand consistency. Prior use of AI to enhance design is preferred.Adobe Creative Suite Expertise:

Utilize advanced InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop skills to produce compelling designs that align with our brand identity. Knowledge of all three programs is required. Experience with AfterEffects and PremierPro is a plus.Print Management:

Collaborate with printers to ensure designs are printed accurately and meet high-quality standards, including proper color matching and material selection.Quick Turnaround:

Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, delivering high-quality work on time without compromising creativity or attention to detail.Brand Development:

Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop new visual strategies that drive brand engagement and product visibility.Qualifications:Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print and digital projects. End cap and merchandising display experience preferred.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Experience with print production processes and working directly with printers.Experience with web design and development, particularly in Shopify, strongly preferred.Experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry strongly preferred.Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the beverage industry.Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual arts or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.Application Documents:Cover LetterResumeCantrip, Inc. is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
