Principal , you will anchor proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts. You will lead the functional and technical solution for
SAP Retail/Fashion
Transformation programs. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables. You will continue to lead teams of consultants to define, design and execute transformation programs. You will collaborate and interface with senior clients daily to build confidence and guide the team in conducting due diligence and issue resolution. You will contribute to branding, thought leadership, knowledge management, and capability-building within Infosys Consulting, with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Responsibilities include:Project ExecutionCollaborate with clients to define long-term vision, goals, and strategies.Contribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps.Conduct requirements workshops with a team of global IT professionals & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives with associated metrics.Solution targeted processes, leveraging best practices.Perform knowledge transfer to client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the project.Support management of project execution from start-to-finish to deliver according to plan (scope, quality, and time).Coach and develop team members to deliver quality results and promote professional development.People DevelopmentMentor and coach team members through formal, performance evaluation methods and informal, individual feedback opportunities.Collaborate and share knowledge.Serve as People Manager to junior consultants.Practice DevelopmentCreate/contribute S4HANA practice artifacts.Contribute to practice growth through recruitment, training, and retention.Provide insight and thought leadership to develop innovative assets, including differentiated points of view and methodologies.Basic Qualifications:7+ years of experience working directly in or serving clients in the Consumer Products and/or Retail clients.6+ years of end-to-end SAP implementation experience with Consumer Products and/or Retail companies.Successful track record at leading SAP transformation programs for Consumer Products and/or Retail clients within other consulting firm(s).Good understanding of Consumer Products and/or Retail industry challenges and how SAP S/4 is currently positioned to help companies in these industries drive Digital capabilities.Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local, state, and national client locations.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Preference for applicants who reside in or around an Infosys Consulting Hub Location (Boston, New York, Basking Ridge, NJ, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle).Ability to work independently to drive towards performance targets including sales and utilization targets.Strong oral and written communications skills, including presentation skills (development of the presentation and executive level presenting).Undergraduate degree or foreign equivalent; or three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.Preferred Qualifications:Traditional and emerging SAP solutions and packages; must know S/4HANA.ERP (SAP) redesign/continuous improvement/automation.SAP integration and/or carve-out activities for MA&D work.Track record of thought leadership in SAP and Consumer Products and/or Retail space, as expressed through publications, speaking engagements, conference presentations, etc.Strong network in SAP and Consumer Products and/or Retail space which can be leveraged to recruit additional talent.MBA or other relevant post-graduate degree.
