We are growing rapidly with a dynamic team that includes Creative, Account Service, Strategy, Ops, Production, Social, Digital, Cause, and Partnership experts providing full-service creative agency work for the PepsiCo Foods North American portfolio.Currently, the D3 team is searching for a seasoned, conceptual Creative Director to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic, versatile wordsmith who delights in details and is lights-out in a room. Someone with a portfolio that showcases a breadth and depth of thinking across a variety of marketing verticals and target audiences.ResponsibilitiesLead 360-degree campaigns that integrate media analytics and creative best practices for brands.Manage a team of creatives and freelancers in the development and execution of content for brands.Partner with outside agencies and technology platform partners to ensure proper execution and best in class learnings.Manage and supervise multiple projects and teams (both internal and external).Ensure the team has appropriate resources dedicated to the individual projects.Meet brand objectives and ensure creative product adheres to best practices across media and platforms.Lead brainstorm sessions and evaluate creative team performance.Develop detailed timelines and present work to internal agency team partners, brand team, and stakeholders for approvals.Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences.The Creative Director will be responsible for developing and transforming concepts into creative solutions, managing creative teams, and ensuring brand objectives are achieved. They must be able to conceptualize ideas and carry them through execution, motivating and directing their team in the conceptualization and production of best-in-class solutions across different platforms.Compensation and BenefitsThe expected compensation range for this position is between $122,300 - $242,700 based on a full-time schedule. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.Qualifications10+ years’ experience in a creative agency or in-house agency.Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS5 or above.Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote.Preferable to have design skills and capabilities.Creative experience with broad brand marketing capabilities in CPG and other categories.Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity.Proven collaboration abilities with both internal account and brand teams.Strategic thinking and creative leadership skills.Deep understanding of marketing strategy and ability to develop marketing tactics that deliver on brand objectives.People management experience leading and inspiring teams of creative professionals.EducationPreferred: BFA/BA/BS/MS Degree In Advertising, Communications, Visual Communications, or Graphic Design.LocationHub-basedEEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
