An in-depth understanding of communications and media strategy, cross-channel planning, and the intricacies of media activation and campaign performance analysis.

You have 15+ years of experience in an integrated cross-channel media planning role. You are passionate about consumer behavior, digital media, technology, and data. You have strong POVs, engaging in industry and agency thought leadership.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

To build and contribute to Crossmedia's media practice, focusing on clients in the B2B space. Bringing your experience in cross-channel media planning and a passion for consumer behavior, digital media, technology, and data. You have strong POVs, engaging in industry and agency thought leadership.

Creating and managing a B2B strategy and roadmap for clients. You can toggle between the strategic and execution sides, because knowing the technical allows you to craft a stronger strategy.

Leverage expertise in addressable media, Reach/Frequency based planning and data and audience strategies to put forward the most optimal media plans for B2B specific clients.

You are comfortable explaining media theories and technology to clients, partners, and internal teams. You take away the smoke and mirrors and are a teacher and mentor to your team.

You enjoy building relationships with clients, as well as new business prospects and partner agencies.

You have an entrepreneurial streak and are excited about building the agency with new tools, ideas, and opportunities.

You are looking for a place to learn, push and build something special, and want to do it in a collaborative environment. You should be comfortable in a casual environment where the structure is loose, and the only limitations are your own.

REQUIREMENTS

15+ years of experience in media planning.

An in-depth experience in working with clients in the B2B space.

Audience-based Marketing (ABM) experience is highly desired.

Providing strategic leadership based on an in-depth knowledge of each client’s business.

Must have a growth mindset. Someone who is strategic, creative, and analytical. Ability to leverage insights to deliver clients' objectives from planning to reporting.

Advance media product delivered to clients, fueled by a holistic understanding of advertising and media.

Leadership skills and a great relationship builder.

Liaison between partner agencies, media partners, and in-house client strategy/creative teams.

Strong financial acumen.

This role is hybrid and requires working onsite at our New York office, with flexibility to work from home too.

Salary range $185k - $250k. Commensurate with experience. Compensation is determined on the skills, qualifications and tenure of the applicant.
