is the philanthropic resource for the hospital which provides vital funds to support our cutting-edge research, community outreach, patient family programs, and medical education.The Trust Communications Coordinator

is responsible for supporting operations of the Major Gifts Communications and Engagement Communications teams, as well as managing a portfolio of ongoing projects. This will include managing the document library, providing editorial support (preparing photo files, creating PDFs, assisting with production) for Trust publications and events, and coordinating project timelines and reviews. The portfolio of ongoing projects may include copywriting and basic design for development and event collateral, and taking on special projects as assigned.This position will be fully remote.Responsibilities

Manage the document library

Update materials monthlyProvide training to new Trust staffProvide project management for publications

Maintain editorial and production timelines

Coordinate photoshoots and photo filesTrack content reviews and patient consents

Manage and produce event communications

Track deliverables, timelines, and reviewsWrite and produce event collateral, including digital invitations and programs

Provide photo archive support

Create photo contact sheets

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.At least 2 years of related experience; Nonprofit, Healthcare, or Research Communications experience is preferred.Strict attention to detail; excellent project management, planning and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Strong writing and basic design skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Acrobat).Knowledge of HubSpot, SmartSheet, Paperless Post is desired.Ability to work under pressure and to meet multiple deadlines in a collaborative team environment.Boston Children's Hospital offers competitive compensation and unmatched benefits including flexible schedules, affordable health, vision and dental insurance, child care and student loan subsidies, generous levels of time off, 403(b) Retirement Savings plan, Pension, Tuition and certain License and Certification Reimbursement, cell phone plan discounts and discounted rates on T-passes.
