The Marketing Manager will lead marketing efforts for the US Sales team and collaborate closely with the Marketing team at Vahle Group to support global initiatives. This individual will work with regional partners to identify market opportunities and provide marketing and branding support. The position holder coordinates with Head Quarters regarding literature, content and other marketing related information. The Marketing Manager supports and drives the development of Vahle Inc. and the Vahle Group in local and global markets.

GlobalDefine marketing strategy, manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns designed to penetrate and grow targeted markets for Americas in alignment with corporate goals.Develop communication and promotional materials for the sales team, current and potential customers.Direct trade show activity through global collaboration.Implement content marketing strategy for social media channels and website in alignment with corporate goals.Strengthen corporate brand communications internally and externally.Participate in weekly/ monthly meetings in a meaningful and cooperative manner to support marketing goals.Partner with and work closely with colleagues, locally and globally on current and future initiatives.Develop advertising and public relations through media relations.Guide strategic product launch campaigns in alignment with corporate goals and strategy.Develop and execute lead generation strategies within our targeted markets.Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue targets.Assist with proposals and presentations, ensuring timely and effective supportClose cooperation with the global marketing team/HQ in Kamen, Germany.Analyze existing and new markets to guide strategy and tactics.Track key trends in market awareness and perception.Ensure market research data is communicated to the global marketing team and other stakeholders in an intelligent and actionable manner.Local

Update and create when necessary updated product booklets, catalogs and flyers.Oversee and coordinate the creation of social media videos.Manage ad hoc market research assignments.Gather quantitative and qualitative market data both from internal and external sources.Provide quantitative analyses based on market and sales data to understand, past, present and model potential future business evolutions.Gather and evaluate relevant marketing tools and competitor information to review market position and determine threats.All Marketing responsibilities including but not limited to promotional items, trade show coordination and digital marketing . Competition portfolio and pipeline (market watch).Hands on Coordination with third party for trade show booths, displays and marketing give aways.Develop and manage the marketing budget. Request and review multiple quotes for services.Provide insight to Outside sales for developing and promoting the entire range of VAHLE products and services including conductor bar systems, festoon systems, positioning systems, data communication systems, vPOWER systems and VAHLE technician services.Effective, professional and timely, ongoing communication and intricate coordination with related departments managers and staff to accomplish goals

(e.g. Inside Sales, Outside Sales – Markets & Industry).Educational BackgroundUniversity degree in Marketing or business- related field is preferred

Professional Experience:5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing preferably related to technical or engineering services environment.Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing techniques, and marketing analytics.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), preferably also marketing automation tools, Photoshop, Microsoft editor and CRM systems.Aesthetic eye for design.Ability to execute tasks independently and multi-task efficiently.Excellent time management, detail-oriented, organization and preferably technical writing skills.Outgoing and strong verbal communicator and comfortable presenting to large groups.Demonstrates ability to successfully drive sales processes for complex electrical engineering products and systems.Demonstrates the ability to support the development of sustainable partnerships with strategic stakeholders to improve and achieve all marketing and branding solutions.Ability to produce creative and positive solutions from the application of data research to support an increase in sales and revenue.Social & Personal Competencies:Customer oriented mindset combined with financial acumen & entrepreneurshipTarget and result oriented, willing to assist all departments to achieve company goals.Communication skills (across hierarchies) including active listening, articulation of ideas and concept, confident presence, management of complex relationships, planning and communicating with interfaces and across hierarchies (peers, colleagues, customers, stakeholders, executive management)Work well under pressure while achieving tasks accurately.Detail-oriented and hands on mindset.Structured and self-organized way of working.Intercultural sensitivity (e.g. German culture, experience to work in an international environment).
