WellSky is looking for a

Graphic Designer

to join our team! The role involves collaborating with the Senior Creative Director, Creative VP, Marketing Specialists, Event Coordinators, and Communications Team to design print and digital marketing and educational collateral, event displays and signage, presentations, infographics, and other branded items using a variety of graphic design software tools. A day in the life! You will be responsible for the following: Designing print marketing collateral: flyers, booklets, brochures, ads, signage, conference exhibits, branded merchandise, infographics, etc. Designing digital marketing collateral: PDFs, eBooks, web banners, email headers, ads, newsletters, etc. Designing marketing/sales/educational collateral for presentations: PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, webinar slides, etc. Utilizing professional design software - primarily the Adobe Creative Cloud solutions - to produce professional concepts and layouts with effective integration of text, photography and illustrations Tracking project status to completion using the SmartSheet project management/collaboration platform Developing new and/or revising existing designs and other marketing materials as needed, leveraging thorough and complete understanding of WellSky brand guidelines Managing multiple design projects at various stages Meeting and communicating with teammates and manager to understand all requirements, schedule, and objectives of projects so designs can be fulfilled in the most consistent, effective, and economical ways Maintaining a thoughtful, positive, focused attitude that is focused on creating designs that communicate clearly, make our content easier to understand, and strengthen the WellSky brand. Do you have what it takes? Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field 2-4 years of related work experience Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Additional job expectations applicable to this position include: Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed Working in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures Performing other responsibilities as assigned WellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
