In this volunteer role, you will leverage your marketing expertise, external relationships, and business acumen to positively reinforce Passion for Life’s brand awareness, increase sales, and drive revenue.Volunteer Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive demand generation strategy to grow nonprofit partnerships, secure corporate sponsorships, and drive individual donor engagementDevelop integrated marketing campaigns to generate interest in Passion for Life’s mission and servicesCo-lead the Marketing & Communications team to develop and execute strategy and tacticsAnalyze marketing insights to inform strategic planningQualifications7+ years experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial / start-up environment preferred, with a clear ability to both execute strategically and “roll-up-your-sleeves” when neededExcellent leadership and collaboration skills with experience growing and developing a team. Experience leading people is preferred.Exceptional communication skills - verbal and writtenAbility to interface with all levels of the organization (both internal and external)Effective project management and time management skills are criticalProficiency using Google Suite: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides requiredPreferred Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related fieldPrior experience in a nonprofit organization, a plusExperience using Asana, MailChimp, WordPress, and Adobe Suite (or similar software), preferredAdditional informationEstimated time commitment:5-10 hours/ week depending on needs, including monthly organizational meetings, bi-weekly team meetings, & monthly reportsTerm limit: 6 months, with the option to extendNote - Unpaid Volunteer position
