About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Global Marketing to develop and execute our global marketing strategy, driving sales and propelling our brand by bridging TradFi and DeFi.

Strategic Planning and Vision Work cross-functionally to map out our marketing vision and business needs Drive marketing strategy and develop strategic marketing plans Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy globally Partner with distribution and leadership to define go-to-market strategy Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities Team Management

Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team Provide strategic guidance to the product marketing team Collaborate with global sales and service leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals Infrastructure Operating Models

Develop and implement an efficient and scalable operating model Lead company-wide roll-outs for content management, campaigns, and product launches Requirements

At least 8+ years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in asset management marketing Proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies Experience finding differentiated and scalable solutions in the industry Global business experience with strong industry connections and credibility Experience building and managing teams across marketing specialties Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization Exceptional leadership and team management skills Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and stay ahead of industry trends
