We are seeking a Brand Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will support the development and execution of branding initiatives, traditional advertising, corporate events, signage, and public relations. The successful candidate will also assist with corporate communications and our corporate social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement brand strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance the brand image.Manage traditional advertising initiatives across multiple media channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, maintaining a high level of professionalism and brand consistency.Handle corporate communications including press releases, company newsletters, internal announcements, and other communications.Foster and maintain positive relationships with media and stakeholders through proactive public relations activities.Oversee corporate social media channels, ensuring regular content updates and prompt response to inquiries.Monitor and analyze brand performance using data analytics tools.Coordinate closely with various internal teams to ensure the brand message is consistent.Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.Qualifications:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or dermatology industry.Solid understanding of traditional advertising, corporate communications, and public relations.Proficient in social media management and content creation.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proactive and creative mindset, with a strong attention to detail.Familiarity with the Texas market is a plus.Our competitive benefits package includes the following:

Equipment Operated:

Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.

Physical Requirements:

Must possess manual dexterity to operate office machines including computer and calculator; stooping and bending to handle files and supplies; and mobility to complete errands or deliveries. Includes handling of sharps and chemicals. Multiple staff demands and deadlines can trigger stress.
