Vice President, Brand Marketing (NJUS)

Purpose of Position
Responsible for the strategy and execution of all brand marketing programs for NetJets Inc. subsidiaries and partner companies, including Flight Safety International (FSI), Executive Jet Management, Executive Jet Management Europe, QS Partners and QS Security Services. This role will establish overarching goals for marketing programs, design budget and resource plan accordingly and establish a foundation of metrics to gauge success of the programs against these established goals. Tasks and Responsibilities
Act as a leader and advocate of marketing practices within all subsidiary leadership teams to guide market position and market share growth. Advocate for each brand and marketing program amongst the executive team members of each subsidiary, ensuring adoption of programs and resourcing of initiatives. Set vision and demonstrate success of programs against business objectives that drive future growth of brands. Develop an intricate understanding of the product offerings across all supported brands to identify market opportunities and cross-brand offerings. Ensure collaboration and holistic offerings to the market that provide differentiation in the aviation industry Responsible for the oversight of all brand and marketing programs for NetJets Inc. subsidiaries and Flight Safety International. Set the vision for each brand and infuse innovation and sophisticated marketing tactics into the programs to achieve this vision. Ensure the appropriate balance of specialized skills and talent on the team to achieve stated outcomes. Oversee the development, execution and measurement of comprehensive marketing programs that achieve stated business goals for each. Work within the NetJets Marketing team to leverage all resources, creative assets, channel development, and partner/agency relationships to optimize subsidiary marketing programs, supplement resources, identify areas to apply specialized talent, and build a comprehensive program that leverages the NetJets brand name when appropriate and complements the core offering and differentiators of NetJets. Manage, guide, develop and mentor a team of Marketing Directors and Senior Managers to grow the future leaders of the NetJets Inc. marketing program. Foster a culture of growth with real opportunity for marketing leaders to learn, develop advanced management skills and build relationships within and outside the organization. Act as a player/coach when it comes to the implementation of brand and marketing programs, demonstrating leadership and exemplifying best practices of a brand management program including the appropriate resourcing of investments and return on investments. Up to 30% travel.
