Program Management Leader will lead programs across multiple workstream of Product development, 3rd party vendor management and overall end to end cross functional program deliverables. This role will be responsible managing multiple project initiatives within the program, building strategic relationship, and drive results applying lean, and data driven processes to provide end to end operational excellence.
The role will be responsible to create strong working relationship & influence across product management, engineering, and other functional groups to execute the strategy within the Healthcare businesses. Roles and Responsibility • Responsible for overall Program management, driving efficiency in achieving the goals and objectives, managing SOW creation, approval process, and execution. • Manage multiple workstreams, cross workstream dependencies, change management, escalation management, risk management and resolution • Lead, organize and drive new product development programs, vendor relationship management and execution within the Global Cloud Acceleration Initiatives • Have a deep understanding of the financial data associated with the program and the ongoing measurement against operating plans, financial tracking, fund & credit management, and investment forecasting. • Use disciplined approaches to monitor progress via effective information dashboards for project execution, progress against plan, quality & regulatory compliances, status review calls, escalation reporting and stakeholder reporting • Align programs/projects with the engineering team and 3rd party vendors based on our contractual agreement and provide best practices methodologies to optimize operational metrics to achieve the highest standard of quality, efficiency, and delivery on time. • Identify areas for improvement in the overall program initiatives and processes, develop initiatives to address these areas, and work with the leadership team in executing and optimizing these initiatives swiftly and effectively. • Lead and communicate effectively with teams internally and across vendor partners addressing issues rapidly and fully, either through direct action or by pulling in other relevant parties and seeing problems through to their full resolution • Provide thoughtful leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (both written and verbal) to the team Technical Expertise • SME with Agile practices and product management and engineering execution tools (e.g., Rally, Aha, Jira, and Confluence) • Good understanding of Healthcare products, IT product development & deployment process • Facilitates and coaches' Operations personnel and Project Managers on quality project execution. • Knowledgeable about project delivery and business operations. • Excellent communication skills influencing leaders and building PowerPoint presentations • Resolves issues pertaining to scope, schedule and budget, and drive change management Additional Sills: Skills: Category
