Our client, a well-known entertainment company, is looking for a Design & Production Workflow Optimization Manager to join their team for a remote 6-month contract.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in workflow automation, optimization, and design of production workflows within the digital marketing or entertainment industry.Responsibilities:Review current design systems and production workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and implement efficienciesManage and redesign the DAM systemIntegrate AI into workflowsDemonstrate expertise in both analog and digital print technologies, with a strong understanding of design software applications and project managementSupervise traffic coordinators and print buyers; may also manage a small design studioRequired Qualifications:3-5 years of experience with workflow automation and optimization.Experience designing production work flows within digital marketing field or entertainment fieldProficiency in production management tools and systems, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and project management software (Airtable, Workfront, Jira), as well as DAM systems.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with developing a DAM (Digital Asset Management System).Experience using AI to support workflow analysis and automation.Experience in the creative or entertainment industriesIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
