Position: Senior UI/UX DesignerLocation: Dallas, TX (2-3 days per week onsite)
Skills, Must have:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required3+ years of relevant experience in UI and interaction design for enterprise level web and mobile products in an eCommerce environment
3+ years JavaScript5+ years of relatable experienceExperience working in the financial and/or banking domain with financial dataExperience with One of these 4 wire-framing tools; Sketch, Abstract, Miro, or FigmaStrong background and constantly up-to-speed on current UX/UI principles and best practicesSuperb communication and social skills to convey design concepts clearly across the organizationProven ability of capturing business requirements and objectives, successfully translating them into designs that meet customer needsConfidence working on complex web applications with B2B and B2C focused product UX/UIExperience developing platform agnostic and responsive product interfacesFamiliar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript concepts and modern browser capabilitiesExperience interating fast in creating low fidelity design to solve customer needs.Ability to translate low fidelity design to interactive prototype in design tools.Extensive experience in designing rich user experience for financial data and workflow.Experience creating visual and design for presentation, banner, and system diagrams.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlinesFamiliarity with variety of user research techniquesExperience working in an agile delivery environment alongside web development teams, and in a highly collaborative mannerStrong working knowledge of tools such as Sketch, Abstract, Miro, Figma, and associated design and wire-framing toolsDemonstrable UX skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating wireframes, user flows, and researchKnowledge of design frameworks such as bootstrapA pro-active, determined person, with a desire to work within a cross-functional teamFluent knowledge of English, spoken and written.
