Must-Have Skills: Angular:
Expert-level proficiency in Angular framework, with a focus on building complex and performant user interfaces. JavaScript:
Strong JavaScript skills, including ES6+ features and modern JavaScript development practices. HTML & CSS:
Proficiency in HTML and CSS for structuring and styling web pages. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for web applications using Angular. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate with APIs and data sources. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve front-end application issues. Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprints, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Qualifications:
Experience in front-end web development, with a focus on Angular. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Redux). Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Interview Process: 1-Hour Video Interview:
Primarily focused on coding exercises and technical assessments in Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of Angular concepts and best practices.
2-Hour In-Person Interview: Conducted in either Plano, TX, or Jersey City, NJ. 100% focused on JavaScript coding, demonstrating advanced problem-solving and development skills.
