SUMMARY: The Marketing Manager works closely with business unit leader, product manager and sales leadership to gain a deep understanding of the product range, buyer personas, and market trends to develop content roadmap that aligns to business priorities and outlines the business unit's marketing objectives. This includes developing effective product positioning strategies, composing relevant messaging that highlights product value propositions, and designing effective programs, product launches and events that reach the business unit's target audience. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the achievement of communications and marketing mission and goals. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to the marketing campaign goals and objectives and report progress. This role collaborates with the VP of Strategic Marketing and other business unit marketing managers to create a center of marketing excellence. Essential and Primary responsibilities and essential job functions listed in priority order: Develop and implement a long-term business unit marketing and action plan, including identification of target audiences and industries, key value propositions and distribution on relevant channels and measurement of the results that will build brand awareness, generate leads and drive engagement with customers, channel partners and employees. This includes developing short- and long-term plans and budgets for the communications andmarketing program and its activities, and performance tracking and monitoring. Partner with corporate marketing, communications, events and marketing operations through creative briefs for external messages and collateral, including press releases, attributed quotes, event scripts, talking points, social media posts, marketing collateral, and other communications and marketing materials.to design impactful, content-rich, multichannel nurture programs that drive demand and coordinate with sales to facilitate customer pipeline. Work closely with product management to develop the product content roadmap detailing campaigns, product launches and events Research where marketing and sales professionals are getting their information today and build partnerships, co-marketing, and programs that generate demand. Establish annual and quarterly marketing goals and KPIs for campaigns based on historical or projected results, and tie back actual performance and revenue impact. Monitor performance of brand visibility, lead generation, funnel performance and engagement. Design & execute 1:1, 1: few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments. Establish intimate knowledge or our database of marketing leads to uncover where opportunities for engagement exist.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related Business Administration Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint Minimum six years' experience in marketing, business administration, or related field Project management - must work on cross-functional environment to drive projects, create and prioritize related tasks, manage multiple obligations, and meet deadlines while under pressure Problem-solving and organization - ability to assimilate information and potentially conflicting ideas into coherent and logical outcomes. Technical aptitude - experience in translating and communicating complex technical topics to execute actions with easy-to-understand benefits.
