Enterprise Digital Marketing Team . Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Digital Marketing, this role will manage the development, execution, and measurement of digital strategies to drive Myriad's growth through and optimize its digital presence. You will partner with numerous departments and functions, including business unit marketing teams, to translate business objectives and customer insights into best-in-class digital strategies across digital paid, owned, and earned channels, including Myriad websites. You'll partner with a cross-disciplinary digital marketing team to bring these digital initiatives to life in line with best practices. You will influence and model best in breed work.You are comfortable and experienced in working with stakeholders of various disciplines and levels and are constantly seeking new insights and perspectives to better shape your strategies.ResponsibilityUse business goals and customer insights to deliver compelling digital strategies for high-priority enterprise growth initiatives, including upper-funnel awareness campaigns, web experiences, and lead generation efforts.Collaborate across business units, to support the development of digital marketing strategies and deliverables that support key business goals. Identify synergies of strategy and spend.Create E2E marketing automation - based workflows as business requirements for Salesforce Business team (M1SF) execution.Unify Myriad.com Mktg BU needs across campaign and evergreen forms, manages form assembly, to advance large scale E2E initiatives.Co-create with business unit marketers and enterprise team members to ensure digital creative, messaging, consumer journey, and strategy is compelling, consistent, and aligned to digital best practices.Collaborate with marketing analytics SME to ensure performance goals, measurement strategies, and dashboards are activated for digital marketing and lead generation efforts.Influence, onboard, plan, and manage technology and access in review, retire, or renew marketing automation technology and advertising technology methodology.Partner with marketing analytics teams, including enterprise, own and drive tagging practices, taxonomies, and exploration of solutions for deeper customer views.Champion the use of key process documents for digital marketing initiatives, including project briefs, marketing workflows, and touchpoint diagrams.Support business with various support departments i.e., accounting and procurement infrastructure.Be a trusted voice in privacy standards and uses in best-in-class technology, protocols, and processes to advance modern digital marketing while being privacy forward.Support budget planning and management.

The Ideal Candidate Will HaveExperience in B2B and B2C digital advertising omni - channels, paid, earned, and owned.Deep Experience in enterprise level Marketing Automation technologies leveraging Salesforce.Experience in all funnel levels stages of omni-channel campaign including performance across a variety of marketing channels: SEO, paid search, programmatic, paid social, and email.Must "reach across the aisle" to develop common standards, driving best-in-class omni channel digital marketing effort and optimizations.Stay atop of industry and omni channel trends and elevate privacy forward opportunities.Experience in AdTech stacks (DSPs, DMPs, Meta, Google - GAW, GTM, GA4).Experience in MarTech stacks (Salesforce, Looker).Experience in first party data platforms and CDPs.Experience in Marketing Automation and feature sets of: CRM - Salesforce, including AI/ML features and lead scoring, grading models.Communicating and presenting to colleagues.

QualificationsBachelor's degree required6-8+ years of progressive experience in developing, implementing, and measuring digital marketing programs and the supporting marketing technology.Industry experience in healthcare, pharma, biotech or other highly regulated environment.Demonstrated track record in leading omni-channel digital marketing campaigns, including creative, messaging, analytics, and search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and programmatic programs, to drive business objectives.Demonstrated experience in marketing automation that optimize marketing strategies.Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing best-in-class web experiences, including demonstrated knowledge of UX, design, and CRO best practices.Expertise in leading by influence and successful cross-team collaboration, including ability to manage input from multiple stakeholders.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.This is an Individual Contributor role.
