We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Manager to join our Marketing Department. The successful candidate will assist in managing marketing and creative projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our strategic goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing projects, including campaigns, product launches, and events.Coordinate with creative team members including copywriters, art directors, photographers, videographers, and graphic designers, effectively managing tasks based on project requirements and individual expertise.Collaborate with marketing team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.Utilize project management software (Monday.com, Jira) to track progress, manage workflow, and ensure timely completion of tasks.Regularly communicate with the creative and marketing team and stakeholders about project status, delays, and any potential risks.Prepare regular project status reports for management and stakeholders.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, content, product development, and sales to ensure project requirements are met.Assist in budget management and resource allocation for marketing projects.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and marketing.Be the conduit from Brand and Product Marketing to the Brand Creative team, ensuring a cohesive connection between the WHY and the HOW of our consumer-facing work.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related field.2-5 years' experience in a project management role. Preferably in the consumer goods or footwear/apparel space.A Project Management Certification or equivalent experience in managing creative projects.Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with project management software like Monday.com or Jira is a must.Solid understanding of the creative process within a commercial environment.Ability to work well with diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment.Capacity to effectively evaluate and prioritize tasks based on business needs and team capabilities.Keen attention to detail, ability to foresee potential issues, and a solution-oriented mindset.
