TULA is looking for a Manager, Retail Marketing. This role is integral to our mission of calming the chaos for our shopper while developing and executing trade marketing initiatives that align with TULA's philosophy and values, while aiming to drive revenue growth. This role will report into the Retail Marketing Director, and will work closely with Creative, Field Sales and Education, and Marketing teams to ensure a holistic omni-channel experience.

Responsibilities

Marketing Support: Help craft and execute a holistic retail marketing strategy that aligns with our brand vision while maintaining relevance and omni brand integrity across all channels.Retail Partnerships: Serve as the primary marketing liaison with retailers, assisting in strategy development and execution to ensure TULA stands out amongst competition.Coordinated Campaigns: Partner with Marketing and Digital teams to develop impactful paid media strategies and on-brand marketing collateral for all campaigns.Retail Marketing Expertise: Oversee all aspects of retail marketing, from in-store activations to online presence, ensuring an exceptional omnichannel experience for our customers direction of impactful and on-brand marketing collateral for these campaigns.Performance Analytics: Utilize data to inform business decisions, assess new launch performance, and optimize marketing programs for better ROI.Creative Implementation: Contribute to creating and implementing groundbreaking campaigns that boost brand awareness, talkability, and loyalty across all consumer retail touchpoints.Event Support: Work with Field Sales and Education teams to strategize and execute consumer-facing mega-events and new market launches.QualificationsThis role requires a solid understanding of marketing, both creative and technical skills.At least, 5 years of trade marketing experience (prior beauty or Ulta retail experience required)A successful record in creating and executing retailer specific strategies that drove high revenue growth.Problem-solving and analytical skills; an ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information and create actionable and focused trade marketing plans.Experienced in managing trade marketing budgets and allocating and optimizing spend.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage, prioritize and balance multiple projects.Highly collaborative, with strong skills in building relationships with internal teams, retail partners, and external agencies.Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for creating and delivering compelling sales decks.A high attention to detail and follow-through is a must.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80K-115K. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a competitive annual bonus with possibility for achievement based on performance and company results.
