At Amazon Key, we are on a mission to empower customers to easily manage access to their homes and businesses. As part of the Amazon Devices and Ring organization, we invent new devices, software, and services to solve critical access problems for our B2C and B2B customers. We are looking for a product marketing leader to drive the marketing strategy of our B2C business, In-Garage Delivery. You will be responsible for the marketing vision and go-to-market plans to launch new features and expand the business into new segments. Sound exciting? Keep reading.

Key job responsibilities

Set the overall marketing vision and strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion of Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery

Dive deep into the customer to understand pain points, develop segmentation and targeting, and create compelling positioning and messaging

Work closely with Product Management to develop A/B tests to advance acquisition

Create go-to-market plans to launch new features and expand into new marketplaces

Plan marketing initiatives and omni-channel campaigns, manage budget, and measure/report on performance

A day in the life

You are the single-threaded marketing leader for Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery. You work closely with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, PR, Trust, Legal) to build new features and acquire new customers. You will set the marketing strategy for the program and align resources to execute. Working with a rapidly growing team, you will quickly adapt to new developments and invent and simplify as we take on ambitious growth goals for our org!

An exclusive Prime benefit, Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery securely delivers packages inside a customer's garage for added protection when a they are away. We've completed over 60MM in-garage deliveries worldwide and counting! Amazon Key serves as the connective tissue between Smart Home/Devices, Logistics, Operations, and Retail/Shopping. We are a team of inventors and disruptors, and we index highly on ownership, bias for action, think big, and deliver results.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

6+ years of product marketing experience

Experience in leading customer research

Strong verbal communication skills

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software launches

Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions

Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)

Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives

Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Experience leading A/B tests

MBA preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
