SUMMARY:Dibble Engineering is seeking a highly motivated
Senior Civil CAD Designer
with a personal commitment to excellence to join our Land Development Team in Tucson, Arizona. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment on multiple projects simultaneously and must be a team player.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Qualifications:The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and have a strong commitment to the Values of the Company. This person will have the ability to participate in complex and high-value projects, work with multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality, make sound decisions for the benefit of the project and the Company, and be able to consistently meet project deadlines while always maintaining a high level of quality.Prior AutoCAD and Civil 3D experienceRelevant / similar Land Development ExperienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently as a self-motivatorAbility to prepare construction documents using good design judgement and meeting agency design guidelinesEducation and Experience:Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3DAt least 10 years of relevant experienceLOCATION:
