Make sure to apply with all the requested information, as laid out in the job overview below.Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Ashton Woods sells new homes in Atlanta, Austin, Charleston, Dallas, Houston, Nashville, Orlando, Phoenix, Raleigh, San Antonio and Tampa.Position Overview: Effectively and efficiently performs all clerical and administrative support duties as assigned in a timely and professional manner to ensure the division functions optimally. These responsibilities may include one or all of the categories of duties identified below, and some may change with short notice due to business needs and constraints.General Responsibilities and Duties:

Execute and/or participate in all Sales Administration functions for the Division as delegated by the Marketing Manager and V.P. of Sales and Marketing.Uphold a high level of organization.Represent Ashton Woods in a professional manner and be knowledgeable of all Ashton Woods Communities.Act as a liaison between division initiatives and neighborhood level functions.Demonstrate an understanding and excitement regarding Ashton Woods’ outlook. This includes the opportunity to be a part of a team that is building a strong foundation of values and culture, and the ambition to grow the company into greatness.Main Administrative Tasks:

Assist in scheduling interviews and candidate relations.Build Team Moral by way of relationships.Send monthly Survey email reminder to all who have closed the month prior.Participate in the tracking of Compensation and Contest/Reward programs.Grand Opening set up (Sales Center set-up/Installs/Trash service/Pitch Pad Pricing/Signage/WED’s/OSD locations identified/supplies/Community start-up sheet/Final plat to Marketing with Model, Parking, Mailbox Kiosk marked).Accord Presentation – Assist CSM and team with Accord for Grand Opening.Update website content.Manage/update marketing collateral orders for sales.Participate in Weekly Lender Backlog Meetings.Monitor Sales reports and updates throughout week.Assist with Sunday evening weekly roll up of results to Corporate.Assist with Sunday evening weekly roll up of Bell to Division/accounting/AW Title.Monitor/submit/approve all invoices for FMLS, MLS and Neighborhood invoice needs.Monitor sales and marketing expenses for neighborhood.Updating Additional payments in DB and attaching to the correct offer in DB.Inputting lot premiums in DB.Update Base Pricing weekly.Assist with Non - BTB Investor sales/contracts/HOO/Closings within the Division.Other responsibilities as assigned by the V.P. of Sales, Division Leadership and Sales Managers.Qualifications and Skills:

HS diploma or GED required.3-5+ years of office admin experience.Must be able to travel to local municipalities to fulfill job duties.Must have a reliable source of transportation.Proficient with use of Computers including Microsoft Office.Self-motivated and upbeat individual with strong work ethic, time-management, and organizational skills.Maintains a professional appearance as a representative of Ashton Woods Homes.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Typical Physical and Mental Demands: Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English.
